Meet Michael Moller - Principal
With 34 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, Michael Moller is committed to understanding his clients’ financial goals, designing plans with strategies that fit those particular goals and advising to the best of his ability when it comes to recommendations.
What makes his practice unique is its macro versus micro financial planning philosophy—they look at the big picture when it comes to overall planning, to ensure all products are working together to best reach your goals.
With Michael, it’s about relationships. His business thrives because of his close relationships. He’s not just their financial advisor, but he’s their long-time friend. He not only builds lifelong relationships, but he finds true satisfaction making a difference in people’s lives. He’s loyal, honest and works hard with integrity to always do what’s best for his clients because he finds immense joy helping others.
Michael prides himself on giving clients the one-on-one attention they deserve. The service is highly personalized and he spends time getting to know each and every client. A testament to DSM Financial’s reputation? They currently serve three generations of one family.
To best serve his clients, Michael was a double business major at the University of Iowa and holds his Series 6,63 and 65 securities licenses. He is also licensed in life, health and long-term care insurance.
Outside of work, you can find Michael hiking and biking in the great outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his two Bernese Mountain dogs and good friends, sipping good wine and staying true to his faith.
Meet Connie Cook
Connie Cook, the office manager for DSM Financial, has been with the firm for more than 17 years, and as a result, has immense amount of experience building relationships with clients.
Connie is incredibly resourceful when it comes to back office support and is an essential part of DSM Financial. Her dedication, work ethic and strict adherence to staying on plan make her an asset to clients and aid her in ensuring all clients, near and far, receive the information they request, in the most efficient way possible. Connie is committed to doing whatever it takes to make things easier for clients, and continually delivers on time, if not before.
She enjoys the challenge of working with different kinds of clients and overcoming their unique obstacles, so much that she wakes up each morning and goes through a mental check list of what she wants to accomplish for her clients. She was raised independent, reliable and disciplined and strives to continually provide the clients of DSM Financial with those same attributes in every interaction she has with them.
Outside of work, Connie enjoys family time. Connie and her husband of 31 years have 3 children and 2 fur grandbabies. When they are not dog sitting they are out riding their bikes or headed to the Lake of the Ozarks.
